If you are not fully satisfied with the products you have purchased from Purrfect Fence, we certainly want to do our best to make sure to fix that. If you have simply changed your mind we want to help with that as well.
Exchange | Refunds | Cancellations
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or need to exchange an item, you can post the item to us.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of full receipt of the goods providing you contact customer service email@example.com stating your desire to so. You will be refunded the cost of the goods plus the original postage charge up to a maximum of our standard delivery charge (i.e. not including any premium you may have paid for priority delivery). Once your cancellation request is received, you then have an additional 14 days to return the goods to us.
If you are returning part of your order, it is our policy (in line with Distance Selling Regulations) not to repay the delivery charges.
Please ensure that you take reasonable care of any goods we deliver to you. As you can appreciate, we would request that all goods be returned in a reasonable re-saleable condition. You will not receive a refund for personalised or made to order products. Purrfect Fence UK reserves the right to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value of the goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling of the goods by you. All goods to be returned to us must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase or if you do not have this, you must provide us with your order number or any relevant information you have to help us track your order details.
Return delivery charges are non-refundable. You can either organise getting the item back to us at your responsibility (please pack the item safely to avoid any damage in shipping and organise insurance) or request for us to arrange for a collection, weekdays only and at a minimum cost of £50 which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please allow up to 14 days for returns to be processed once received.

In Error or Defective Items
You have a 30 day right to reject faulty or damaged goods, or goods that have been sent in error. Faults due to misuse or modification by the customer are not covered by this policy.
Defective items must returned in a clean condition with all original packaging or labels, when possible, and proof of purchase. We also require a written explanation of the problem with the product.
Defective products will be repaired, replaced or refunded at PurrfectFence UK discretion. When we receive your goods our Returns Department will assess the returned items to ensure they meet our Returns Policy and qualify for a repair, replacement or refund.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the error/defective item to us if required.
- Any returns items which are not defective and not our error, returned under distance buying regulations, will be subject to the customer paying the return cost for postage & packing.
- Canceled special orders may be subject to a 40% re-stocking charge.
